This beach is very popular among locals and you can definitely opt to drive there (or take bus route 50) if you wish to blend with them and spend a day at the beach the Maltese way. It’s a quite pretty, sandy beach with clean water and a decent landscape. Facilities such as bars and restaurants are there for your needs also. It’s probably not as beautiful as other beaches in Malta, but you might want to give it a try, if you’re looking from something different.
In order to reach Armier Bay yYou have to drive your way up in the island of Malta towards the Gozo Ferry. Just after Ghadira Bay in Mellieha, you’ll climb up a hill. On top of that, before you meet the street taking you to the Red Tower (on your left) you’ll have to take a right and keep on going straight (114 st) until you see a sign pointing towards Armier Bay (3rd street you’ll encounter on your left).
