Paradise Bay’s a Sandy beach located in Cirkewwa, on the northern part of the island of Malta. It’s set in a natural cove, which makes it excellent for snorkeling, especially on the two sides of it. It has a bar and several other facilities, including showers, a restaurant and a beach equipment rental/shop. Umbrellas and beach chairs can also be rented thereby. Not far from it there’s also a Hotel, where a Diving School is also located. It’s a quite popular beach for locals, but it’s also populated by tourists. It’s a very good beach to visit, after having spent part of the day in Comino, for example.
Paradise bay is near Cirkewwa on the north-western end point of the island of Malta. You can reach it either by car or bus. By car, simply look for the “Gozo Ferry” signals that you can find all around the main island; just before you get into Cirkewwa, just take a left and follow the road which will take you righr to a parking overlooking the beach. There’s a usually lot of free parking, if you plan to get there by car. By bus, simply catch one of bus lines: 45, 48 or 145. They’ll take you to Cirkewwa, so be prepared to walk at least 15 minutes uphill in this case, as the bus stop isn’t exactly where the beach is.
