Ramla Tal-Qortin is a small remote sandy beach in the northern part of the island of Malta. It is neither famous, nor popular. It might be worth checking it out if you have seen all other Maltese beaches and you wish to escape from crowds, but there are much better alternatives in the island.
In order to reach Ramla Tal-Qortin, you have to drive your way up in the island of Malta towards the Gozo Ferry. Just after Ghadira Bay in Mellieha, you’ll climb up a hill. On top of that, before you meet the street taking you to the Red Tower (on your left) you’ll have to take a right and then take the second left. There are no buses taking you directly here, so the only alternative to car would be to take route 50 to Armier Bay and then walk to reach it. It’s worth noticing that it’s most likely not worth the effort though.
